These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VALLEY website, purchase of tickets, and attendance at events hosted or promoted by VALLEY (“VALLEY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, accessing our website, or attending a VALLEY event, you agree to these Terms.
 
1. TICKETS & BOOKINGS
1.1 All tickets are subject to availability and may be purchased through VALLEY’s official ticketing channels or authorised partners.
1.2 Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time stated on the ticket.
1.3 Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated.
1.4 Tickets must not be resold, duplicated, altered, or used for unauthorised commercial purposes without the prior written consent of VALLEY.
1.5 VALLEY reserves the right to refuse admission where a ticket is invalid, has been duplicated, obtained through unauthorised channels, or is otherwise suspected to have been fraudulently obtained.

2. ENTRY & AGE REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Guests must meet the minimum age requirement applicable to the event and venue.
2.2 Valid identification may be required upon entry. Guests should bring an accepted form of government-issued identification.
2.3 VALLEY reserves the right to refuse entry where a guest cannot provide valid identification or does not meet the applicable entry requirements.
2.4 Admission may be subject to security checks, including bag checks and other reasonable security procedures.

3. RIGHT OF ADMISSION
3.1 Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry if the guest fails to comply with these Terms, venue rules, or applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 VALLEY and/or venue management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a guest where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.
3.3 Guests who are intoxicated, aggressive, abusive, disruptive, or behaving in a manner that may endanger themselves or others may be refused entry or removed from the venue.

4. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Event dates, artists, performance times, venue arrangements, and other event details may be subject to change.
4.2 VALLEY will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through its official communication channels.
4.3 If an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, any refund or ticket-transfer arrangements will be handled in accordance with the applicable ticketing terms and relevant laws and regulations.
4.4 Unless otherwise stated, VALLEY is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by guests in connection with an event.

5. REFUNDS
5.1 Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased.
5.2 Refunds, cancellations, or ticket transfers will be subject to the terms of the relevant ticketing platform and applicable laws.
5.3 VALLEY is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties.

6. CONDUCT
6.1 Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, artists, staff, and venue personnel.
6.2 The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

  • Violence or threats of violence

  • Harassment or intimidation

  • Discriminatory or abusive behaviour

  • Unauthorised recording or distribution where prohibited

  • Damage to venue property

  • Theft or attempted theft

  • Possession of prohibited items

  • Any illegal activity

6.3 VALLEY operates a zero-tolerance policy towards serious violence, harassment, and behaviour that threatens the safety of others.
6.4 Guests may be removed from the venue without refund if they breach these rules.

7. PROHIBITED ITEMS
Guests may not bring prohibited items into the venue. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Weapons or dangerous objects

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Outside food or beverages where prohibited

  • Professional recording equipment without authorisation

  • Items that may compromise the safety or operation of the venue

The venue may conduct security checks in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
8.1 VALLEY and its authorised photographers, videographers, media partners, and artists may photograph, film, or record events.
8.2 By attending a VALLEY event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, videos, or other recordings made during the event.
8.3 Such content may be used for VALLEY’s promotional, marketing, editorial, social media, website, and archival purposes, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
8.4 If you have a specific concern regarding the use of an image or recording in which you appear, please contact VALLEY using the contact details provided on our website.

9. ARTIST & EVENT CONTENT
9.1 Artist line-ups, set times, performances, and event programming may change without notice where reasonably necessary.
9.2 VALLEY does not guarantee that any particular artist will perform for the entire advertised duration of an event.

10. WEBSITE USE
10.1 The content of the VALLEY website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, artwork, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to VALLEY unless otherwise stated.
10.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
10.3 We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 The VALLEY name, logo, branding, artwork, and associated intellectual property may not be used without prior written permission.
11.2 Unauthorised use of VALLEY’s intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable rights.

 

12. LIABILITY
12.1 Guests attend VALLEY events at their own responsibility and must follow all reasonable safety instructions.
12.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, VALLEY will not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury resulting from a guest's own actions, negligence, failure to follow instructions, or violation of venue rules.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

 

13. PERSONAL INFORMATION
13.1 Any personal information collected through the VALLEY website, ticketing systems, bookings, or other services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the People's Republic of China, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be handled by the appropriate competent authority or court in accordance with applicable law.
